Eli Bensoussan is Vintage Caterers’ CEO, running the company with a deep-rooted yearning to discover and share cultural trends from around the world through unique dining experiences. Raised with Moroccan traditions of dinners served and discussed one dish at a time, he developed a respect for the meaning of food, and an inherent curiosity of other cultures and the foods that define them.
Through Eli’s vision, Vintage Caterers offers private aviation travelers the unique ability to experience their destination before touching down.
