Vintage Caterers delivers world-class, Michelin-quality dining inflight thanks to the vision of the company’s founder and CEO, Eli Bensoussan. Through his vision, Vintage Caterers believes each meal deserves the same respect as the people who enjoy them.

“Respecting the power and meaning of food is my culture. The family tradition, the heartfelt discussions, the stories, all of which surround the recipes and the overall tradition of the country from which we come.”

Our passion and purpose is to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience never-before seen in private aviation.

We have created a concept in the U.S. dining culture that has never been seen inflight. A true "Michelin" style experience served from a private jet galley. Since private aviation débuted in 1957, the primary focus has always been on the performance, safety and luxury of the jet. There has never been a focus on true, award winning, exceptional dining while inflight. The time has come to debut a dining experience that compliments the ultimate luxury of the jet it is served on.
