We have created a concept in the U.S. dining culture that has never been seen inflight. A true "Michelin" style experience served from a private jet galley. Since private aviation débuted in 1957, the primary focus has always been on the performance, safety and luxury of the jet. There has never been a focus on true, award winning, exceptional dining while inflight. The time has come to debut a dining experience that compliments the ultimate luxury of the jet it is served on.
